Yupoo Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find
The checklist rewards traceable evidence, not polished presentation. A high score still means “worth researching,” never “verified.”
Nine-point checklist
- □The item belongs in the category I am researching.
- □The album or catalog photos show the details that matter.
- □Watermarks and contact details are reasonably consistent.
- □Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
- □Price is compared with similar results rather than judged alone.
- □Shipping weight does not remove the value.
- □The source or purchase link matches the item being shown.
- □QC photos are relevant to the same item or source when available.
- □I can explain why I would save this result.
How to score a result
Evidence is unusually complete, but the product, seller, and transaction are still not verified.
Keep only if the missing details can be checked efficiently.
The row requires too many assumptions for a reliable comparison.
Revisit only if a better original source appears.
Strong example
Footwear row with a clear reason
The category is correct; album photos show both sides, heel, outsole, and material; the item code matches a separate source page; the size chart is visible; recent QC angles appear relevant; likely box weight is noted; and the row says it was kept for its traceable code and complete photo coverage. The only gap is an unclear packed-weight estimate.
Weak example
Attractive image without traceable context
The row has one polished thumbnail and a short title. There is no public album context, no source match, no sizing, no price source, conflicting contact text, and no reason for saving it beyond appearance.
One-sentence save rule
Save the result only if you can describe its useful evidence and its remaining gap in one honest sentence.
Write the evidence beside the score
A number without a source is difficult to review later. Beside every checked box, record the public page, the visible clue, and the date you saw it. If a photo supports the category but not the exact option, say so. If a price came from a different page, keep both URLs. If QC images may belong to another item, do not award that point.
This short record makes disagreements easier to resolve: another reader can open the same evidence, see the same limitation, and decide whether the row still deserves a place.
What to do next
For missing photo evidence, use the QC comparison guide. For unclear packed weight, read the shipping-weight guide. For inconsistent contact details or payment pressure, open the buyer-safety guide. If the result still depends on assumptions, remove it.
